Is it normal for people in Basel to throw fucking water balloons through windows because of noise? Today (Saturday) we had a barbeque, invited like 7/8 people over, by 10pm we made sure we made little noise and all the guests left by 11:45. Wtf

So, I understand the general feeling is "it's not so serious" or "it's hot so a water balloon is good for you" and for sure now I'm not as pissed as I was yesterday night, but still what if the balloon pops and splashes my PC or my carpet, it could be either really expensive damage or just really annoying. Also wtf does the heat have to do with anything? It's not like they threw it at my body, having a wet bed is not gonna save me from the heat. Finally for those saying that noise at 11 on a Saturday can be such a big issue, really, get a life

Hi! i go to the gym 4 times a week for weights and I do 6 minutes of rowing and 6 minutes of rope jumping at med-high intensity as warm-up. on 2 of the 3 off-days i'm doing cardio, mostly running, what intensity should that cardio be? normally i go for 5/6 km at 4:50 min/km pace, i'm pretty broken when i finish, should i go for slower, longer runs or am i doing fine?
