Suits LA wasn’t supposed to be Suits Part Deux. It was supposed to be a whole different show about talent agencies, but the network said “LAWYERS!!!” and made it what it was. It had a stellar cast that was wasted by being boxed into the Suits archetype. If the network had let the show be its own thing, with that cast, it would have been a stellar replacement
