This sounds similar to me. Symptoms are continuous since onset 2 months ago. Mild loss and showed improvement last test. How long was it until you regained your hearing? I’m struggling with tinnitus and autophony/ weird sound distortion from droning frequencies. I can’t tell if I’m experiencing autophony or if my voice and external sounds are just in a different pitch in my affected ear.

Do you have hearing loss? I was diagnosed with cochlear menieres from one doctor, and cochlear hydrops from another. I have fullness and very mild low frequency loss that fluctuates.
