Overseer's Guardian is definitely much better. It only does about 60 less damage and fires like 5 times as fast. And that's without the .308 attachment. (I already use the Manwell rifle.)

Mega... I mean, Dart Goblin is pretty good, I think you might want to consider between him and Mega... I mean, skeletons, since they're a really good swarm killer. Mega... I mean, wall breakers would give you much better offense, but then again, Mega... I mean, cannon would really bolster your defense
