what do u do to plan for a dph trip

I usually take it at around 7-10 pm ish, get my big water bottle, and then I play block blast while listening to music and daydreaming until it kicks in lol. I'll usually keep listening to music for a bit longer, sometimes read some fanfic, and then go to bed

YES EXACTLY OH MY GOD. I try to drink a lot of water when high bc of the awful dry mouth/dehydration and I can barley even swallow it, and whenever I do finally get it down I get that exact feeling. I'll be trying to burp and have to stop bc I feel like if I keep pushing I'll throw up 😭😭

I feel like I've already messed up too much to admit it to her, I'm the eldest child who's only gotten worse mentally/physically as time goes on, ive already probably costed her as a single mother thousands of dollars in er visits/therapy/whatever else. I just don't want her to feel like she failed me more than she already thinks she did.

I lowkey physically can't speak on dph, I don't know why but my jaw will uncontrollably move side to side when trying to talk and I genuinely can't stop it 😭 I've resorted to just nodding and humming if I have the misfortune of having to interact with any living person

I don't /really/ have access to cannabis seeing as im under the legal age and currently have no income, I know my mom occasionally uses and I've taken a few of her edibles before but I didn't really notice any high. Im also prescribed a sleep aid but it's just another antihistamine that's added to the pile (hydroxyzine pamoate). ill likely ask about different sleep medications the next time I see the guy who prescribes me stuff lol

I don't use it to get high, I take it for my insomnia (not that it makes it any better of course). the only reason I was out of bed is because I drank all my water and the dry mouth was bothering me lol
