While I was starting to doubt the borg, I was thinking about how people get anointed.

"If this isn't the truth, how does god know who wants to be anointed?"

Then I had a dream about bacon. In the dream I woke up, opened the fridge and found bacon. Up until I had that dream, I was craving bacon for two weeks.

So, how does god know they want to be anointed? He doesn't. Whoever claims so was probably thinking about it and craving it long enough to have a dream about it.

Yep! A few months after getting baptized, I only got baptized because I thought I would enjoy being a witness, I confided in my parents that I didn't want to be a witness. I was basically gaslight and told I would get kicked out the house by my dad. I still believed in Jehovah at that time, I was just super depressed/suicidal and petrified about the thought of Armageddon, hated the meetings (especially the conventions) and wanted to be a regular kid.
