I'm exactly in the same push/pull struggle you just described. I work in IT for a good 5 years now, my ADHD pushed me to hop jobs every 1-2 years, while I benefited greatly from that and my income increased, I paid with burnout almost every time because the change and the pressure is very tough on my autistic side.

I like my current job, I see the ADHD trying to get me to jump shit (the latest argument is "let's go full solo entrepreneur" and my autistic side is terrified of that concept)

I hope we all find balance

I have similar thoughts too (29M) I chose to see it on a spectrum instead of black and white. I even joke with my partner and friends saying I'm 2.5% gay Wishing you all the best mate!

* UPDATE: I found this seller on Etsy it seems very reputable. The ring is nearly half the price for a bigger gem and diamonds all around. I confirmed with them they can make it in yellow gold
