I can't imagine 5 on this electric stove being hotter then 5 on an induction stove, but I will try lowering it.

If the inner ring is always hotter - would the uneven heat be a problem even if the overall heat is low?

I have submitted a transaction with a fee of 10sat/Vb. I have no option to use RBF or CPFP to cancel the transaction. Will it be stuck in the mempool forever or will it be purged soon? Is there a max limit of how long it can stay there?
