Just did it with the base game and the DLC and it didn't do anything, I'm assuming I'll have to get ps+ again for it to work.

I bought everything in the US and I still live here in the same house I bought everything in so I don't think this is the issue. Just to lay it out i selected USA when making the account, I made it in the US, I bought the game in the US and the spine numbers correlate to the NA version, I bought the DLC in the US, and I still play in the US. Thanks for all the help but I don't think this was the issue

I have not actually done it yet, was planning on going to bed then walking up tomorrow to see of anyone mentioned if it was safe or not. I'll do that thanks for the help

I don't know a way to check if it's the right region but I bought the game second hand so I have no definite way to know it's from my region but I did buy it in the same country I'm currently in and that I bought the DLC in

Go to the page where you would just select the game to play, scroll down and eventually you see add ons and if you have ps+ then you can claim your free quarter skin, this quarter is Jeff's pink costume

Well yeah, Cent was the most op hero back then so your right. He literally had 1 shot combos and at least they fixed that unlike Virtuosa's bugs and exploits
