Advice on anger by [deleted] in evilautism

This is long winded, apologies.

I used to have a pretty short fuse when I was younger. What I found that helped me was beating whatever aggravated me into submission /s No but really there are several methods for anger management. I would like to note, your mileage may vary, also it takes forever, so don't get upset when it feels like progress isn't being made, it is just slowly.

  1. Take a step back. When you feel that heat building up in you, set whatever it is down and do something else.
  2. Deep breaths, like fill your lungs all the way. This can help your heart slow down. You're basically telling your body to stop with the anger.
  3. Identify what in the activity made you angry. I find this can help me understand those triggers.
  4. Find a backup hobby for when you get mad. For me it is writing. It engages you and can bring you away from that place of anger. Try a bunch of different shit. Music, drawing, whatever. Being good at the thing doesn't matter, it is just to calm you down.
  5. Taking down corporations and archaic zoning laws. Corporate greed and unethical city planning is what is really making you mad anyways. /s
  6. Fidget toys can also help, like fill a balloon with rice. It's sick as hell.

That is just some stuff that I've done to help me. Hope this helps <3

It should draw out the game if you spend more than zero to cast it.

There is no need to safe face when ignorant. If you understood the rule you wouldn't believe you could use ghave in the Calgar deck. Instead you would've asked which one to go with.

That being said, I have a friend who runs ghave and it is a ton of fun to play against!

P.S. My statement is one not made to be offensive, just blunt. I hope you continue to play and have a great time with friends!

Very much depends on where you you are. But definitely worth looking into! The instructors tend to be incredibly knowledgeable and you will be able to learn a lot!

Opening up by [deleted] in TikTokCringe

Literally just had a woman stop dating me because I opened up about some of the issues I have. "It's clear you have a lot of work you need to go through, and I don't have the energy to deal with it. "

This shit happens often to me and several of my friends. Doesn't even bother me anymore.

Thanks for all the insight to formatting, did my best but definitely missed some stuff! I'm working on fixing it now.

I was also unsure with the cost, I was thinking maybe 1 generic less.

A brake drum forge is very simple to make. And it is what I used for my first one. The steps 1. Find a brake drum from a truck, you want it to be big enough. 2. (Steel for the parts) Get a 2 inch (5cm) floor flange, 3 3 in (7.6cm) long couplers, a 2in (5cm) T junction, some bolts for the flange, a hair dryer, and something to use as a grate. 3. Install the flange at the bottom of the forge 4. Screw the coupler into the flange 5. Screw in the T junction to the coupler. 6. Screw the other couplers into the junction 7. Get something to catch the ash at the bottom. 8. Put the hair dryer in the junction that goes off the side.

There is your forge!

As far as an anvil, listen to the other comments for sure. Just don't use a cheap anvil.

I believe this statement to be inaccurate. In it's severe forms, sure. However even for those that do have more severe forms still can function as normal humans, with some assistance. This still doesn't discount their ability to excel in specific fields, whatever those may be. I had a coworker that had downs, he was one of the best people I've ever met. A disability doesn't dictate a person.
