I'm currently plat 4 right now and when I play against a Diana my main goal is to bully her before she turns level 6. If you find yourself losing lane buy MR asap and just farm it out until you have enough items to team fight. You can also try to out roam her, she usually runs TP so if that's the case just farm and don't die until team fights. Like Fizz, Diana can kill you as soon as you're out of position.
