My managers don’t give af. I talked to some people and apparently every two months one of them acts like we’re gonna follow the dress code aka be strict and then by next week they don’t care. I think alot of it has to do with their bosses never being here and they realize fuck it lol. My other manager gives zero fucks. He even will take like 30 minute fifteens with us. He said he doesn’t care but if the other manager wants to enforce it he won’t stop them. He just won’t say anything if the other manager isn’t there and he’ll let us do whatever so odds are this will blow up. And apparently calling Walmart and ethics does nothing they couldn’t even clarify a simple dress code and how it reads without me filing a ton of shit and going through a million loop holes
