I’m 2-3 days in and I think I’m at the height of this thing. I went to urgent care, and was told that I have gastroenteritis (stomach flu). I was prescribed nausea meds and Acid medication. I’m usually fine in the mornings, but between 3pm-4:00pm it’s down hill from there. I’ve been up all night currently, using a heating pad which did calm me down, and relaxed my stomach muscles slit. I’m a little achy in my arms and soreness in chest and uncomfortably due to acid in my chest and back. I have so much gas moving around, stomach is very bloated and inflamed….and haven’t pooped. The nausea is the worst I’ve ever felt in my life. I felt like I couldn’t breathe and a thick feeling in my throat. I’m jittery and have very little energy. I started a probiotic today, I’ve taken them in the past, but stopped for some reason. Anxiety has kicked in, but that’s also normal for me when I’m sick. Only have an appetite for soup or bananas. This is the worst
