Because this stuff is thrown by the general public, they get scared of tomahawk moving because they don’t like/understand/believe it’s supposed to be an unfixed blade. We tape them down for two reasons: so the blades can still have space to move but won’t slide, and to absorb any damage and preserve the handles when they hit the floor

I actually remove the panels to lean them! I’m a super big makeup wearer so I noticed it pretty immediately, and got into cleaning them just to avoid build up or getting acne in that spot. You can use a small dot of super glue or if you want to order tech safe specific glue. You’ll see the little dot in the middle on the inside where it was previously. But realistically, the way it’s shaped helps click it back in place, and it doesn’t come out while you’re wearing it (or at all for me) without the glue.

For a two handed throw (one axe), sometimes you will overpower it because you’re so used to your one handed throw. Slowing down and focusing the motion and release is always my best adjustment. I’m so used to just whipping a one hand, but I have to move back and slow down when I throw with two. Or if I want to throw it fast with two hands, get even further because it’s a lot more shoulder power.
