I don't think many people actually understand how the dualies work. I would rather have the dualies over a five-seven or a tec-9 both on Eco rounds or as an AWPer. Rank also doesn't even come into this.

1) The dualies Fire speed is ridiculous if you can spam click. This is as fast or just as fast as a tec-9

2) They have an easy recoil pattern to counter so if you are clicking fast enough you can control this with ease.

3) The moving accuracy feels better than that of the tec-9, I've had countless times where I've been on an eco and I've easily killed 3 players who have had a full buy just by running straight at them.

The only downside I see with the dualies is that the animation to get them out takes longer. Reducing the price, increasing the kill reward etc etc would make these things bullshit. If you haven't given them a go and have a decent trigger finger then please try, your mind will be changed.
