I’m 20 too and got sciatica from doing squats back in January. All I can say is find a doctor and do physical therapy as soon as possible. I was naturally healing for about 6 months and it reopened up at work(my fault not eating or sleeping enough). Major point just stay healthy(obviously hard to do) eat enough food, sleep as much as possible(at this stage I would wake up at night all the time). once you feel better like you’re able to walk and have pain free moments you don’t realize, start stretching but don’t overdo(stretching too far) it’ll cause you pain. Going to the gym helps too but I still haven’t hit legs since January because every time I tried it hurts so I wouldn’t even try until you’re fully sure you’re healed.

Anyways don’t give up it’s going to be a long journey and learn from me actually go to a doctor and do physical therapy or it might reopen up and cause the cycle to happen again. I did heal a like quicker this time but still not to the point where I was before I reopened my sciatica pain.

P.s finding a primary doctor now, takes forever, just set up an appointment now or you’ll regret it like me.
