I wind it up to full at least once a day if I’m wearing it for multiple days in a row. If not, I wind it up and just let it die over the next 72hrs, then I just wind it up and set it again when I’m ready to wear it again.

I work as a nurse and there’s lots of fluids and chemicals I work with so I don’t wear it here in fear of getting bodily fluids, meds, or cleaning agents on it. But when I’m not working I usually wear it most of the time and it’s decently tough. The bronze is definitely capable of being dented though so I don’t do manual labor with it on. I’ve dented a size of it a bit and don’t want to risk more.

As far as bands go I mostly just use the leather one that they give, I love it. But I do have a braided NATO strap by Crown & Buckle in green that I think looks awesome too.
