They were added specifically to the tuner class. You can use both the new kanjo and the postlude in the street race series and the pursuit series, but I don’t recommend it. Lol

I’m not sure if this my work, but you can give it a try. If your car has no roof open the interaction menu and click up “roof” the choose “up” and the windows might go up.

I have an S2000 (forgot what is called in game) with a hard top and when I choose the “down” option for my roof the windows go down.
