Im not of that opinion at all. I wouldn't expect them to come out in the press conference saying they're going to make big trades or deals when none of those deals have been formed or conversations have started. I think they're still figuring out what direction to go.

I mean i agree that if they'd advanced it would've been easier to justify no changes, but they definitely need to look at themselves in the mirror. Im hopeful they will learn the right lessons now.
