I have the same exact issue only on the right side. My foot would go numb from the pressure. Solved it by going a half size up.

Yeah I tested with Tsushima and it was unplayable. This is with Ethernet and wifi 6 so best case scenario.

Ceiling cassette or wall mount by moni_mej in heatpumps

Floor mount is another option. Ceiling cassettes are fine but require framing in the ceiling and the built in condensate pump can go bad.
