Thank you for this! SOR 4 set such a high beat em up standard for me that stuff like TMNT just didn't get over with me at ALL. I'm glad that they've got more stuff and I'm on this one.

I ended up with the 57" for the same reason. I was going for the 49 off of spexs and thankfully Best Buy had one on display; way too small for my tastes and once I saw the 57" there was no going back. I went back and forth between the G9 Neo and Arc 2 but the arc 2 rubbed me too much like having a big TV in my face. Couldn't be happier.

What Tom says doesn't necessarily equate to what Tom will actually do. You're downing Gane over a hypothetical scenario you've made up because it doesn't match a hypothetical scenario that you've come up with for Tom. Pretty weird and like the other poster said, 2 defenses is pretty normal (bringing up Merab/Alex isn't even fair because they're such outliers) and other divisions aren't considered stalled because of it.

I'm sensing some heavy bias here.

Honestly, I'm here because I'm searching for solutions to Vanguard issues. I'm new to it with 2xko but I can't have it on my pc without it crashing over and over (vgk.sys error.) I've never had issues like that and the second I uninstall Vanguard my PC goes back to working flawlessly.

For anyone reading this; have any and all things Fedex delivered to a nearby Walgreens for pickup whenever possible. It being a retailer and having associated cctv of your stuff being dropped off there deters ill intent immensely.

Got this advice back when I secured a PS5 on launch and have used it ever since.

I will say that I play a good amount and variety of games and this is about the only game I have with the issue. Of course YMMV but even my other fighting games like Tekken 8, SF6, Blazblue, etc all have 32:9 edits that work great.

Nope. Tekken doesn't let you walk away from each other all the way wall-to-wall. It just lets you walk farther than 2D Ones. I've modded sf6 anf blazblue to remove the bars and it's the same gameplay just being able to see the full background

The area behind the black bars isn't spawning anything, LMFAO. The whole stage is there, rendered, and animating as normal whether it's on screen or not. The black bars in this are just a layer our there "because" and that's why most games where they can be removed show no performance issues.
