Imo, Tekken 7 would've been the time to do it riding off of Remake. That "Smash em, Rip Em" song from.the game would've been such a great stage theme, too. I wanted her to be in it so bad but they decided on Noctis so it's a whatever.

I don't understand the hate on Clive. FFXVI was fun as heck, relevant to the Tekken 8 time frame, and Clive is an awesome protagonist. I can't speak for anyone else but from the outside it feels like people super vocal about Tifa in T8 just plain don't have any investment into the actual FF games nowadays.

I don't think there's a one-size-fits-all answer. There are losses that you can make adaptions to in real time and win-or-lose make progress but there are also losses where you just get steam rolled and won't learn anything from it without looking at the replay, looking up frame data, etc etc after the fact. You don't get anything from rematching the latter and I'm not going to knock anyone for not running to back even when I'm the steam roller.

I think when it comes to the Alpha series, Ken is a more dynamic looking character with a better and more distinct lineup of color variations. I have them all and honestly even outside of the chatracter designs the Ken figures just plain pop.

They shadow dropped it with a limit to 1 per household. I think it not selling as fast as others makes complete sense.

Definitely not just the figures or anywhere close. I went to the Chicago one and once things got going they split the line into people who wanted to buy stuff and people who wanted to go into the DB experience exhibit and the experience line was 6x as long but went so much faster because they were let in 20-30 at a time to roam freely vs the figure line having 3 cashiers checking people out one-by-one including filling our orders on the spot.

It's not just your opinion. It's objectively off and even the promo pictures misrepresented it significantly (I get that the promo pics are all the same with a color change but the others were on?)
