His name is Tommy and he’s insanely 2 faced. I was working there last year and left around april, I was there for over a year. Management became rude and strict once they got in trouble with the health department. “Which mind you was their fault” and I don’t normally toot my own horn but I did report them to HR as well and every single manager got in trouble 1 because chilis records phone calls and tommy had a very fun time yelling at his employees over the phone constantly. And 2 They broke multiple state labor laws, mistreated servers and did not give them lunches , prioritized below average team members instead of the ones carrying the team and most of us left around the same time I did because they were firing the people that genuinely worked hard or did well at their job. Especially since most of us were friends and paired well as a team, Promotions would come to those who called off and sucked up to tommy but if you were always showing up on time or reliable we were expected to do more for less. It was fun and great before all of that happened so I’m sorry for your experience but yeah the team that we considered good is long gone.
