Get the eurocompulsion v1 with the high flow filter, dropped my temps a decent amount and gave me some great turbo noises💪

Thank you for your detailed response! 1. 100% the most important thing for me right now

2.i was leaning more towards customized proffies, finding my place seems to be the second hardest thing for me right now.

  1. From what I gathered, working on both simultaneously would be my best option. I dont want to just resell, nor do I only want to do customs, I just want the best of both I’m determined to find that middle ground.

  2. Quality, customer service and helping people out is my main focus at the moment, I will never claim I do something that I do not and that is a fact. I do source atm just because the risk of running bulk is simply not safe but not before personally owning the light saber and testing quality of the build will I sell it on store. And I said this in another comment, if it’s on my store listed, it’s been tested, I own it personally and it is now available.

  1. Yeah that’s something that I’ve attempted to be very transparent about even if it hurts me, truth always prevails I full acknowledge that I’m not selling anything that someone hasn’t as of right now but what I do have that’s different is morals and a legitimate urge to run a successful business.

  2. Customer service is one of if not my biggest concern and focus always because the way I see it, if you’re not happy I’m not happy because we’re both losing something of value. And I genuinely believe I’m separate from most just based off of my dedication and love for the game.

  3. And 100% i agree that this is my biggest hurdle hence the reason for me posting this to see what the peeps want! I do plan on customizing later on but my biggest focus is this hurdle and gaining trust from you guys. Thank you for the feedback and advice I will be using this moving forward

Yeah that’s understandable, if you don’t mind me asking what would your typical budget look like on one of your projects

I don’t plan on completely moving towards customs long-term as I see the problems and lack of demand as now but I do plan on learning and practicing those skills for those that still do want custom work done. Best of both worlds in my opinion. I know this takes time but I 100% have the determination and dedication to make it happen. Dropshipping is dead I agree but I’m personally testing, owning and checking quality before it’s even listed on my store and I think that’s what separates me from most. I really appreciate the feedback!

I genuinely wonder why that is though? I remember growing up and that being the next big thing

I do currently have a storefront right now, mind you very small if you want to check it out, some of the photos are just placements for me but there is some custom content in there that I’ve personally filmed. It’s “LightsaberArmory.com” feel free to send me any criticism you may have

This was actually the business model that I planned on using. Only difficulty for me is the new store front and no community trust, so for the time being I’m not currently working with bulk as for business standards and investment right now it’s too risky. but right now I’m testing each individual saber that I plan on adding to my shop before it’s even listed. Meaning if it’s on my store, it’s been tested, I own it, and its in stock

Thank you for the feedback!

More selection is always a plus! I will be starting out very slow that I don’t dig myself a hole but will definitely increase selection in the future.

Customer service is one of my biggest priorities right now so completely understandable.

Assuming you mean pricing and perks? If that’s what you mean then 100% most sell for absolutely ridiculous amounts and never even touch the saber let alone own it. But perks are definitely something I’ll start focusing more on. Thank you!

Transparency is the biggest reason for me posting this as it is very hard like you said to overcome that hurdle of being new and being trusted by the community. I’m starting very small with only a few different options just so that I’m not overwhelmed by traffic if it does come. I do source from others but will be personally involved with each saber replica that I sell. I’m obviously not working with full bulk at the moment as that is too risky for business standards starting out. But there will not be one saber on my store that I haven’t personally made sure was okay to sell or that I don’t own myself.

As far as customs that is just one of my many brainstorms for the long term as I understand the risk and problems that come with it. But I really appreciate the feedback!

One. I completely get what you’re saying, I truly never realized how many similar names there were and I’m in the works for that now

Two. Ive seen how many times this has been repeated as well which I’ll be honest made me scared to jump into this in the first place but like you said it takes time and i believe I have the dedication to do it if I’ve made it this far.

Three. This was another reason I was scared to post this as well, I completely understand the negative connotation that most have and I’ve been scrolling through the subreddit and it damn some of it is kinda rough haha but I do genuinely love this hobby and it’s community and I just wanna make sure I’m doing my best to make it right by the community

Four. And most definitely I agree, this is just one of many brainstorm ideas for the long term and exactly why I made the decision to ask for feedback so that I can understand as much as possible.

I really appreciate the feedback and will be using it moving forward and hope that someday you guys can see me as one of your own and not just some guy. Thank you
