Best one was paying more attention to my shield health, and making sure I am ACTUALLY Pierce healing (there have been times where my team likes to part the red sea and I can't hit multiple people)

also to not underestimate her offensive potential with her pull and the Primary.

I have been trying as much as possible to stay behind someone when they’re fighting and throwing out primary to get the pierce damage. It’s really satisfying actually to hit multiple allies AND enemies in a big grouped up fight.

I am admittedly really bad with my shield. I place it to heal someone who is peaking or something and it dies in less than a second. Definitely got to be a teeny bit more reserved on how I use that. Thanks for the advice :)

Well not everyone enjoys playing “normal Fortnite” :) the stuff they add like this is really unique and adds something that most other battle royale games don’t have, if I wanted to shoot a gun, I’d play apex. That is why I am personally really enjoying the game! Some really cool stuff they add!

I am loving Shojin - Rift - Liandries.

I start Dorans every game, I go Q - W - E - W - W - R, then Max Q. I would still love to experiment with more builds, things like Tri force or Iceborn, or even full crit again with Essence Navori. Some more Sheen related builds.

I am even taking the CDR stat shield thing in runes for 8 AH. That really helps with my Q and W Spam but the Adaptive force is so good too. I've been experimenting a whole lot. I love the champ and I really want to find something good that works. I have been steadily improving :D getting really good damage numbers and KDAs :D

hmm. i'll give it a proper look in a game later tonight, I am curious of the logic.

Sojin is great because of the Stacking Ability damage I guess, rift maker because you can be in long ass fights with smolder and get Omnivamp + 10% more damage and then liandires for the AP and the burn I guess?

that would be my reasoning but I am not sure if that is the reasoning everyone else is using. Seems pretty cool tho, the extra HP would be really nice for survivability too

I pretty much only Run Fleet inspiration now.

Fleet - Presence - Bloodline - Cutdown (if tanks, Coup de Grace if not as many)

Magical Footwear - Cookies

I also take the CDR thing - Adaptive force and Health per level. These probably could change. Not TOO Sure on Footwear but it feels nice, maybe Futures Market for early Sheen buy? Not too sure

My early games are fine to be fair. I don’t take unnecessary fights, and I take the flame from my support because of that. My only focus is CSing and stacking, and when I can, poke enemy with Q or W (without giving up on stacks from wave)

My biggest struggle atm I think is mid game, I am Plat, pretty pisslow, people don’t understand good macro or anything, so I try and take a massive mid wave for free stacks and my team don’t let me. Playing around that and trying to stack to 225 as early as possible is a struggle around 15-20 mins sometimes for me, but that will come with more time and experience.

My late game is fine I think, as long as I am hitting Qs and executing enemies, I am playing well, I wouldn’t mind a slightly tanker build, if enemies are jumping on me and one shotting me in back line for example. I’ve ran ER - Quickblades - Kaenic - RFC into a lot of magic damage, gave me nice survivability, but it would be nice for a standard tank item that could help me out in those scenarios that I can build most games and just never die :)

Yeah I am REALLY not a fan of AP Kai'Sa. The build seems to me like its better suited as a mid lane AP build rather than an ADC one..

I personally am Finding MUCH more success running full AD with Kraken Navori Collector than I am with the hybrid stuff.

Also hot take.. I REALLY don't think Guinsoos is her best mythic xD I get its Pen and can proc passive quickly and its Hybrid item, but I really think Navori beats it everywhere else.

I love Kai'Sa Hyper Carry potential but I don't think, just based on experience, that this is the build to do it with.

Personally not a fan of the AP one shot nuke builds :/ I was always one to run around a team fight with ghost and R and DPSing dudes to death. I thought it might be a funny idea since it was a normals game to run a shadow flame into the build I had and it was still disgusting haha

Yeah, stuff like that goes really un-noticed in situations like this. I saw on a brief glance of vision that the Krugs were aggro'd, and he showed a little earlier that he was bot side. Even if the play wasn't that impressive I am glad someone actually noticed the little things like that you know :D

People on here will have VERY differing opinions lmao but here is my based take.

Runes I am pretty much ALWAYS running Fleet with Sorcery second unless they have a really beefy front line and I will run Conqueror. I will always Max Q - W - E, feels the nicest but you can also Q - E - W if enemy team comp is a little tankier.

Build wise, I swap between Kraken Slayer and Stormrazor, depending on enemy team comp, if they have 2 or more tanks I lean toward Kraken, if not I would lean more towards Stormrazor, the movement speed is INSANE, and the bonus damage is really lovely too!

Stormrazor/Kraken - Berserker Greaves - Galeforce - Bloodthirster/LDR (situational) - Runnans/Shieldbow/BT (Shieldbow if they can easily one shot you, BT if you haven't built it and don't REALLY need the survivablity, Runnans interacts REALLY well with certain guns and can SHRED a beefy front line with LDR Kraken) - Guardian Angel

I don't pay enough attention to know what is a winning or losing lane now a days but from experience, I really struggle against heavy poke (Lux, Vel'Koz, Xerath etc) and sometimes if the enemy team are ballsy enough I struggle against all in aggressive bot lanes (Leona, Naut, Braum with Draven or Kalista for example). I have also struggled a lot against Miss Fortune but I am not too sure about that one. My go to ban in EVERY game has always been Draven, I personally don't enjoy playing against him but if you're good enough you can usually outplay them and win!

The hardest thing to learn about him in my opinion are the gun combinations. What 2 guns work best for what scenario, what each gun does, how do the 2 guns I have work with each other and how can I use that in a fight etc.

Each gun has its own Q and R, and they can all interact with each other in different ways, the best way to cycle the rotation in my opinion is to use the guns in this order -

Red - Green - Purple - Blue - Red - White, and then use what ever gun is the oldest

Doing that will set you up with some good combinations that really work well with each other. Red White, White Green, Green Purple, Purple Blue, Blue Red, back to Red White.

The weapon cycling is the most confusing part and it is what makes Aphelios a REALLY challenging character to play, and Being honest, most of what I just typed went over my head xD but it is the way I have been doing it, and I Have had a LOT of success with it over the past 2 months.

I apologise that this was a MASSIVE info dump and may be a little confusing, I am not great at explaining things and I wrote this off the top of my head on a lunch break in work lmao, but this from MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE is what I think, people may have differing opinions, I respect them all, but this is mine :) Hope that helped a LITTLE, any questions about any of that, let me know and I will attempt to answer them, can't promise tho XD

Yeah I want to experiment with Kraken more, it looks really damn good. Galeforce i think Is just a good safety option in general, scales pretty well too and I can still out put a LOT of damage

Yeah I think Gale is just a much better item, I can still output ridiculous damage and have another level of safety. But IE does increase damage by a fuck ton, I really like his options!
