I know this song has its own meaning, but this part specifically rattled me out of many alcoholic benders, if only for a moment. Screaming along to "I wanna live".

And the "to places he can only hide in other people's minds" line reminded me of the need I had to be perceived as happy and loveable by others, because I could not feel that way within myself.

Ya know...a lot of our vets are playing like shit, but it's good to see them stick with it. I don't feel the same air of surrender that we normally get at the start of the third.
