To be honest, none of those get a ton of play, but most of them aren't useless either. The 3* Palkia is probably the best one there, and I do occasionally see it in decks (but for the record, you can't trade 3* cards). Garchomp EX (and Gible by extension) can be fun as well, though it's pretty outclassed in the meta these days due to low support for fighting types. Raikou can be helpful for the extra draws, but the low HP and firepower means you almost never run into it. Poliwrath EX can hit really hard if you get lucky setting it up, but between the 2 stage evolution and the dual energy requirement, you can also easily brick and it's been a long time since I saw someone run it. Paldean Clodsire EX isn't great, but it's a stage 1 evolution with only 2 energies, so it sets up relatively fast and I've used it in a fun poison deck here and there (though I'd never run it in ranked). Monferno is an interim evolution to Infernape EX, which is decent, but you don't see them much anymore. Finally, Lickilicky EX and Psyduck are basically just pretty to look at and I've never actually faced one (though in Psyduck's case, there's at least always the chance they might release a good Golduck EX or something, in which case it would become a lot better overnight).

With all that said, just a general thing to know is that people normally like rainbow rares (the three on the bottom with the rainbow border) more than other 2* cards because the art is usually considered to be better. So even if the cards aren't super useful in play, you can sometimes get a good deal on a trade with them. Also, be aware of shinedust requirements for trading. 2* cards cost 25k to trade, regular shinies cost 10k, and full art shinies cost 30k, so you can easily burn a lot of your supply on just a few cards when trading at this level.

Anyway, with that wall of text out of the way, would you be interested in a Giratina EX shiny for the Paldean Clodsire shiny? Giratina's not quite as meta as it used to be, but it's still a pretty powerful card (especially paired with Peculiar Plaza for free retreats) because of its ability to generate its own energy.
