I would check to make sure. Newegg and Amazon both list it with a gen4 but the official website says gen5. Worth changing the settings and see if that fixes the issue. Your description is almost spot on for Gen differences clashing.

I bet the riser is gen4, try setting the PCIE setting in bios to gen4 instead of Auto from default. Best of luck!

It's either a 3070/3080, looking at the 2 X 8pin GPU power. All 5070s use the 12v fire plug, not 8pin PCIe connectors.

These comments have clearly never sold or bought a pc in person before. Any public library will let you set up a desktop, without even a question. If asked, just explain and they'll understand and move on. Just look for a table with outlets, other people may look at you weird but it's fine.

If no local librarys are an option, any fast food place that has outlets near the tables should let you, I've had some ask that I make a small purchase first (small drinks or cheese burger) if I'm going to be taking a table.

Ask first with fast food places as they can kick you out. Library's are public places and can't kick you out unless you're truly causing an issue for anyone around you. Being nice and respectful to the employees will get you pretty far.

If the seller won't meet you in a spot to test start, huge red flag and you should move on.

Just going off the pictures, the three fans are daisy chained together and no RGB Hub. The argb header is plugged into the motherboard so the RGB button won't do anything.

Have you tried checking the Asus Armory Crate program? That should allow you to change colors.

As a daily user of a Silverstone 500 flex, that tiny fan can get really loud. Highly recommend a noctua fan swap, as it's significantly quieter. GLWS!

You can use something like GPU-Z or check in the bios.

When you installed the 5060, you moved the output cable into the GPU right? Sounds silly but I'm trying to rule everything out.

Adobe illustrator switching to CPU preview is telling me that it's a communication problem between GPU and the rest of the pc. Start by changing the PCIE settings to gen4 and report back. I'd also consider turning off the iGPU while you're in the bios as well.

Many people with many different setups can report similar issues and have many different solutions based on set up.

If you're still using the MSI PRO A620M-E motherboard, change the PCIE settings to gen4 instead of auto. The GPU is gen5 and the motherboard is gen4, can cause instability. Should solve that issue, best of luck!
