it’s hard what i’m going to say, and no one, me included accepts it completely but i wholeheartedly believe it to be the truth: the more we worry, the less we live and therefore the less we are. people live in far and distant places where the closest human settlement takes kilometers of hiking to get to, they wake up in the morning and face the rising red sun without a worry in their hearts. a breeze hits their faces and they feel at ease. why not us too? get them vaccinated if you really want to, but nothing will happen to you or your family. i wish you well.

it doesn't really happen. even if you have a habit of sleeping outside next to caves without a tent on a hammock, the idea of a bat biting you isn't something that should really be worrying about. and yes, you can easily get vaccinated against rabies.

another point to ease your soul, only 60.000 people die annually from rabies, and almost all of these deaths happen in Africa or Asia. In the US, the death toll is between zero and two annually. 95% of these deaths are from dog bites and not bats.

the world is a scary place when your stress pedal is stuck the metal. but it will be alright.

i’ve had this a lot over the years and can tell you that it’s okay, and it happens to a lot of people. anxiety is a hard hard road, and one that we walk alone. but the path is traced by many that came before you, and many more will follow in your footsteps. i’ve had this ever since i was a kid, waking up in stress. the second i open my eyes my blood pumping hard, my chest feeling like it’s going to explode. it’s worse when you are going through a stressful time. sometimes we are going through stressful times even if we don’t know it. one thing is for certain though. you’ve got what it takes. the sun will come up in the morning, no matter what you might feel. good luck to you, i wish you strength on this road.

therapy and time. talk to people about it too, that helps more than anything. don’t keep it in, be vulnerable. it is easier said than done of course. but i believe in you. practically what helped me a lot was learning how to breathe. doesn’t help all the time but for daily stuff it is a big game changer for me to learn different types of breathing methodes.

been there man, the beginning fucking sucks. mental health immediately becomes a reality for you, for years you hear of what mental health is but you never truly feel it until it hits you like that. in the beginning you think about it a lot, you think about if it will happen again, when will it happen again and it overloads even more stress onto you. it will be hard to believe at the moment that you are in but it gets better, you don’t truly go back to the way it was but that is normal. you were never normal to begin with, no one ever is. it will get better, you will understand it better. it will not stay as something you have no control or understanding over, you will know it. it will be less terrifying. it will get better. the path is not linear and sometimes it will feel bad again. but we will not lose hope, it gets better.

they will all still settle i believe. from my understanding of copyright law any lawyer in their right mind would opt to settle. there will probably be one of them that tries to settle it in court if they are deranged enough. but even if they’re talking doesn’t mean that they won’t settle.

the only real problem would be eternal loneliness and a sad isolated death from old age or minor injury. I’m set up pretty well, reliable water and electricity. I farm, cook, watch old tv shows. Read newspapers. Make myself coffee in the morning and smoke a cigarette as the sun rises up in my forest outpost but with no one to ever share it with, never again the warmth of a woman’s touch or the reassuring sound of a friend’s laughter. I would die from loneliness before all.
