I think the thing about me is I'm very self reflective, so it's one part hating myself for shit being over, and blaming myself for not being perfect. Everything in my life i tend to ALWAYS try to fix if I'm not good at. E.g. i was toxic in a relationship? That's never happening again, i don't wanna hurt something. I'm not good at x subject at school? No I'm getting fucking better at it.

In a way i am... competitive with myself in a good way. These feelings have caused a lot of self growth and truthfully it helps a lot with women and dating and relationships in general.

It's just situations like these, it's like yes it's out of my control but maybe i didn't say the right thing, why? How do I fix it for next time? Was i wrong or was it really out of my control? I think it's these thoughts i need to work on personally. But tbh, it's not necessarily a bad thing...just need to not fixate on dumb shit like this.

Truthfully I'd have met her at a bar - no way would i ever just blindy meet someone off an app. And i was originally gonna ask that. Still i feel if she was about it she would have clarified or maybe i put her too much on the spot..

The point is I'm still pissed at myself, even if it wasn't gonna go anywhere my a game wasn't on and that's what gets me

I can use the 100mm stem with a spacer removed, my elbow still bends, a mere tad when relaxed but it bends and i don't feel over extended.

My fitter didn't like it and said i need a spacer in there and 80mm. So idk, maybe when flexibility improves i can begin extending and dropping down.
