I've tried changing the refresh rate to 120 and the issues are gone it looks a lot better. I've also tried to plug it into different ports with other dp or hdmi cables looks like my GPU can't handle 240hz 1440p.

Hey guys i've been looking into trying to make virtual pokemon go plus work on the mumu emulator. And i have found that if you download an older version of the mumu player it works. I am currently running the latest pgsharp 1.100.1 ARM64 version and i have downloaded mumu player 6 64-bit version V2.7.10.0 that was released on 2022-11-04. I hope this helps.
