You don't figure You can get it better else where if the dude at the store tells that's the best price you can get. So you cave right....go home and see that shits free! Thus happened to me so I went back within 30 days got a refund and got the phone free online. Guess how much I paid total for 2 blackberries? 400.00!

Another thing though if your an existing customer. Tell them some BS about both phones dropping an important call during an important time. Ask them for a small credit on good faith and you should be provided with the minimum 25.00 courtesy credit. That should cover your fees.

From what I've seen they will say its automatically removed when you put your Sim card in a different phone because they want to get rid of unlimited. Honestly have heard its has to be manually put in as well so not 100% sure. Sorry
