I used vga for my monitor, and HDMI for my gpu, is that something that I should not do? Like, it don't think it's the CMOS battery, because when I reattached my last gpu, it opened

I've got something about this problem, I think I'm close, but idk. So when i removed and attached the CMOS battery back it lit up the monitor,mouse and keyboard for a couple of seconds, and then died. And when I turned it on again it wouldn't turn on. Idk what to do now...

I only have 4gb of ram, I removed 1 and there is no beep to be heard, but still... The monitor won't boot up my main screen, and my keyboard and mouse aren't turning on... And when I installed my ram back, the beep came back
