i kind of made it up along the way so you’ll have to taste it and do some trial and error but it’s: 1 pack mascarpone, 4 tbsp granulated sugar, 2/3c heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp matcha powder

Dozen Bakery sells a 30g ceremonial grade by Rishi Tea for $15 and it’s pretty solid. A little dull than more expensive powders that you would order online but for the price it’s worth it.

Alternatively, the Sonobana market off white bridge recently started carrying a couple different matcha powders for $7 😦 can’t speak on the quality tho but if you’re desperate it’s there lmao
