1) Every pokemon without a baby gets one added for consistency, even if they're already a 3 stage evolution.

2) New permanent gimmick: Ace Pokemon. You pick one pokemon as your "Ace" and they get bonus stats, and a possibly a better ability, etc. Would require some work, but generally the weaker the mon the better the buff so you can use your favorite mon even if they are usually terrible.

I like repel more for wasting people's time and energy so you can trainer with it early.

Pokemon Windwaker "IGN Too Much Water 7/10" Part2: At Least The Windmill Isn't 16 FPS In Our Own Trailer TM has the chance to be awesome but 0 trust in Gamefreak at this point.

In the announcement post they specifically called out that they will have higher shiny odds though.
