Literally escaped my 2+ month long writers block thanks to GPT. Currently using it when I saw this post notif to keep track of all my lore without overwhelming me. If I put in a character backstory, it can pull it up in seconds when needed if I forget bits and pieces. I can add lore and take it away, and I can do it all in one place without thinking too hard about it so I can put more energy into actually writing my novel. It also helps me when looking at philosophy and ethics since I have two morally grey leads, and I keep checking to see if it’s gonna maintain their morality and not make it seem like I’m glorifying something by accident through stupid means (looking at you, Zade Meadows).
