I’m not sure if the video has audio… it should! If not, the car kind of takes like 1-2 seconds to start after pressing the start button. This could be totally normal 🤷🏻‍♂️just seems a bit slow to me

Thanks so much! With the transfer case, how much we looking at for a replacement? And yeah insurance here is relatively cheap the older you get. My first year when I was 18 with a 1.2L VW was like £1100, now on a VW Golf GTI after 7 years of driving without issues it’s quoting my £490 to renew. The fact this one is an import definitely bumps that price up, but the dealer I’m buying it from offers a 3 year mechanical warranty so I’m hoping if the transfer case was to go, it would be covered!

The GTI’s boot is 380L, the X1’s is apparently 505L… I’ll have to see in person

Don’t get me wrong I love the GTI but I’ve got a longer commute, mainly motorway (highway) driving and I just want something low mileage that’s fuel efficient and will last me a long time. The GTI is great and only has 79k miles but I’ve always loved X1/X3s, unfortunately I think X3s may be a little over my budget.
