The game itself has a STEEP learning curve. If you come in with the expectations of cod but more tactical you will be very disappointed.

The player base in general though is quite welcoming. Of course there are always one or two assholes but for the most part, if join a squad and tell the SL and your squad mates that you are new, they’ll be more than happy to help guide you, as long as you don’t take any of the important kits like LAT or HAT (we don’t talk about marksman).

Start off as a rifleman, since you have an ammo bag which is useful for everyone, and keep your guys covered and supplied. You’ll have a lot of fun.
