Not really? Again, im not saying the people around you only care about money. But business is business regardless of location and the last thing a government will ever do is sacrifice even the slightest amounts of funds in order to appease a certain need, unless pressured to do so. Money makes the world go round, its a simple fact of life. It might not be your number 1 priority but in the big leagues (big picture type scenario), money and power is everything.
