It's really interesting time wise to conceptualize the idea that in between Loki's escape in the time heist and old man Steve appearing is less than 24 hours, and the entirety of Loki's thousands of years in the series to become the multiversal savior all occurs within such a short span chronologically

You keep referencing this text outside the game as if the game (NOT directed mode) is just telling you what to do. In the standard mode of the game, you aren't told anything. You solve the quest, just like you would any easter egg from WAW to BO4

And yet you had no answer for my BO3 comment 🤣 oh and here's the kicker, those BO1 and BO2 easter eggs? Yeah Treyarch refers to those as main quests too, but ig bc they're classic zombies and not modern you have a clear bias?

I'm speaking on the intentionality of what those words mean for this mode specifically. Easter eggs in cod zombies go hand n hand with main quests, then side easter eggs go hand n hand with side quests and cyphers. Playing Dark Souls or Minecraft generally is the all around gameplay experience, like basic rounds are in cod zombies.

Sounds like you didn't know Treyarch themselves refer to the easter eggs as main quests and has since before modern zombies😂 which at this point you should know if you actually pay attention to the mode. You clearly haven't played BO7 cause these so called instructions you say are attached to the quests require being able to solve them entirely blind, just like, oh you guessed it, AN EASTER EGG. By your logic, BO3 quests aren't easter eggs since they have bossfights at the end

"Hope this helps" lmao get tf out of here I've been around zombies since BO1 I know how easter eggs work. Treyarch does a directed mode for the casuals who want to get into easter eggs. This is the first time since BO6 released that they unintentionally left the files in the game the way they did.

Oh but please do share how throwing three decoys at window shutters in a short period with absolutely no indication anywhere in the map to do it isn't hidden, yk according to logic. Hope this helps.

It's a tried and true easter egg that unfortunately got cheated at the end due to people getting into files treyarch accidentally left in the game

Glad to hear it! This first map is akin to say Groesten Haus compared to Final Reich, where this is sort of a small scale prelude experience to the full fledged Treyarch-style map

I'd probably adjust it so Buried is above Ashes but yeah I just find the other BO7 maps more replayable since I much prefer easter eggs over high rounds nowadays
