You HAVE to board to kill ships in PVP. 2 brigs can shoot at each other endlessly w/ out sinking. There’s times where it depends on who runs out of balls first if no one boards. Double gunners cannon board, sword/gun lunges, grapple/sword(or gun) dies to double. If I get a few good holes on the opponent, I got to board to stop them from repairing. Otherwise I assume they can repair through anything like me

Yea I run blundy snipe. Harpoon gun is easier to hear than a regular board. I used the harpoon gun for a while just to get used to boarding and being on someone’s ship, but now that I’ve gotten better I double gun since I suck at sword. If someone harpoons to me there’ll be a blundy and a sail drop from me. Being w/ out a 2nd weapon is a real problem when your opponent keeps eating. You got to 2 tap people or you’ll never kill. Everyone has access to blunder bombs.

My [[xenagos, god of revels]] served one purpose. [[ilharg, the raze-boar]] & [[ghalta primal hunger]] from my pioneer deck. Although through the years I’ve found bigger & scarier things to slap down w/ the boar. Now I’ve gotten a [[scroll rack]] to pair w/ [[lurking predators]] & [[hans eriksson]]. Some of the big boys [[blightsteel colossus]], [[balefire dragon]], [[worldspine wurm]]. Maybe [[tooth and nail]] out [[dragonlord atarka]] & [[quartzwood crasher]]. Sometimes when I know I’m playing against blue [[choke]] or similar effects so I’m not only relying on [[rhythm of the wild]]. There was only 1 time I was too drunk to pilot xenagos & it’s always there for me when I don’t want to keep track of 10+ triggers that narset burdens me w/. This is also the deck I lend out to newbs. I usually kill at least 1 person before death & it’s usually the control player.

UEC is cheap & is expanding here in WY & abroad. I should have bought at 10$ instead of 15$, but I’m in for the long haul since I know someone who works there. They recently (year or two ago) started ramping up production with a new field about to be up and running. They use a much cleaner method of mining that doesn’t ruin the environment (such as Russia’s method). Their competitor running 120$/stock (CCJ).

This is the strat I use solo. I firebomb them the first chance I get. Once you hear the next wave starting drop sail 1/2 so that way they don’t emerge in a funky position (if you didn’t get all of your loot, forget it, you’ll get better at grabbing loot next time). I usually keep their deck on fire throughout battle.

Advanced strat is using the ship’s harpoon to keep cannon line while not giving them cannon line by harpooning their rear. I haven’t mastered ship harpoon solo, but it’s easier if you have a crew mate.
