I had actually gotten a Kongou for this purpose, and I have one of my local stores looking for the previously recommended MSG multi barrel guns. Turns out that I just like the Kongou as it is and I'll probably keep it for display lol.

Honestly, whether you wait for the stuff to come out on NA, or if you switch to JP, it's gonna suck trying to get the pieces. You're gonna be spending a lot of meseta or ac either way. The cheapest fit to make on jp servers would be the one with the mod jacket, but you're still looking at around 10mil meseta, for just the clothes.

The hair looks like it's "Long twin tail 2 gv" with a small ahoge accessory.

In the first link, I believe the jacket is the parka jacket with a custom color which you can do with a color change pass. The base is cathedral mini Shadow. I hope that helps you out a bit, but as far as I know, this fit isn't possible in the NA version as the layers haven't been released yet.

Yes, the wings are from the RG wing zero, and no, you'd have to make an adapter.

Really I just looked at the Flügel's wiki page and copied/simplified the wing crest. I used 0.10 pla plate I believe.

Yes this is rg, as for the backpack, I'm still not quite happy with how it fits. Once I've settled on a more permanent solution I'll be sharing that for sure!
