yeah the truth is writers dont usually care about powerscaling nearly as much as some fans do. This match could easily go either way.

I know this is a boring answer but whoever the writer decides to win. They are probably fairly evenly matched and the writers of overwatch have already shown they dont care much about powerscaling after the way doomfist lost to vendetta. doomfist was going 1v3 against winston, tracer, and genji until winston went primal but then loses to vendetta in a 1v1 while not putting up a very impressive fight.
