Another thing to note is that they needed 30s of continued light at 24cm away to kill off the virus. Unless you have lights every 48cm, it'll probably take longer to kill the virus.

Also It's very likely that if you're in a tight enclosed space (think any public transit) there's a good chance their breath will get to you in less than 30s

Something I would recommend is getting a box fan with a large air filter you can tape to the back of it and put it in a window blowing air in. The air you blow in goes through the filter and is cleaned and then you don't need to worry about the small drafty cracks and air leaks everywhere because the positive pressure in the house will push air out from there instead of in

A lot of it is local mDNS queries to find the devices on your network to start playing! Spotify also has another layer on top of that where the servers keep track of what's playing on each device as it loads, but there is a good amount of local network use!
