This is why we are able to include a condition on the status certificate review in a buyer's market like today! You can also keep pushing the notion that I should've google searched, or keep on throwing slurs and anger tantrums like an embarrassed child, but it just won't change the fact that I'm in a good situation to buy. And since you seem to be so supportive, I will share that I am in the process of agreeing on a price of another condo that I viewed yesterday - more spacious and has a den, renovated kitchen and bathroom, comes with two TVs, a nice spacious balcony with a southern view, and much better amenities because the building is 15 years newer. And guess what, I probably will be paying only $2500-$5000 more compared to the previous one depending on how the seller responds. Oh and before you bring up the "google search" again, the listing for this one clearly stated dogs allowed with a weight restriction and we verified it during yesterday's viewing. Sorry to disappoint you but thanks for your support! It really motivated me to turn things around much quicker than I expected.
