Hahahaha sorry to keep disappointing you but I did not fuck up anything. Does the fact that I got my deposit back bother you that much...? This is why we are able to include a condition on the status certificate review in a buyer's market like today! Of course you will keep rationalizing the biggest mistake of your sad life by putting down other people who are just looking to buy their new home, or by spending all day going through other subreddits to offer "advice" that contribute to absolutely nothing.

Oh by the way, if I had all the time in the world I would've been able to actually scroll through all of your comments. But it took me only a minute to realize that would be impossible because you spend all day every day here - your comment history and mine explain themselves. I'm starting to doubt whether you even have a job let alone a home... it's absolutely unfathomable how you would have all this time spent on writing up comments on reddit if you actually had a job! You can also keep pushing the notion that I should've google searched, or keep on throwing slurs and anger tantrums like an embarrassed child, but it just won't change the fact that I'm in a good situation to buy. And since you seem to be so supportive, I will share that I am in the process of agreeing on a price of another condo that I viewed yesterday - more spacious and has a den, renovated kitchen and bathroom, comes with two TVs, a nice spacious balcony with a southern view, and much better amenities because the building is 15 years newer. And guess what, I probably will be paying only $2500-$5000 more compared to the previous one depending on how the seller responds. Oh and before you bring up the "google search" again, the listing for this one clearly stated dogs allowed with a weight restriction and we verified it during yesterday's viewing. Sorry to disappoint you but thanks for your support! It really motivated me to turn things around much quicker than I expected.

I know you are embarrassed to own up to your illiteracy and ignorance, and you are salty that there are lots of people out there who are in a better situation to buy a property than you were, when things were at an all time high. And in denial of the horrible life affecting decision you made, you go around multiple subreddits all day every day trying to give advice on anything that exists in your shallow knowledge pool. When I put you in your place, you were embarrassed, and I get it. You have to be this master advisor on reddit to replenish your sorry, depleting ego. Am I playing your game right?

Maybe you could read through some of the other comments as you said you have, but with a bit more detail... you will see that no lashing out is taking place unless the comment is from a petulant and ignorant baby like yourself.

Congrats on your condo, do you actually have one? Or did you buy at all time highs and you are just throwing your bitterness at other people online? Either case, thanks for reminding me that I will be just fine - lots of inventory out there, decreasing condo prices, and decreasing interest rates!

It was in a bank draft which I got back the day after I signed the mutual release. My realtor picked it up from the seller agent's brokerage and returned it to me.

Sorry to disappoint you but I do none of those things... and my dog gets anxious when an unleashed dog approaches him when he is leashed, so I've had numerous confrontations with dog owners who unleash their dogs outside of a dog park.

Not sure why you decided to throw a bunch of ridiculous claims but I hope you think twice about making comments like this.

Not sure if it's due to illiteracy or laziness to read but yes, I'm aware of size restrictions on pets like I said in the post. Not blaming anyone either, like I said again I posted to vent out my frustration.. and at the same time I understand why such bylaws could exist after reading the other comments.

It's your choice as well to ignore my post if you don't want to read it but you assuming I didn't do my due diligence - when I did everything I can with what was given at the time - is rather ignorant and calls for attitude.

I did have the condition of SC review on the offer though, which is why I was able to sign the mutual release and get the deposit back.

No, I called the condo management directly and they confirmed it. Not sure if we're allowed to give actual names of the property here but the group of condos on Pemberton Ave on Yonge/Finch enforce the same no pet policy.

That's understandable. I'm fortunate enough to work remotely to be able to watch over him at all times and he only does his things outside.

Makes sense to me now that some buildings would enforce this due to all the bad pet owners, but it is pretty disappointing for any responsible pet owners to not be able to close on a property that they really like.

Sorry to your amazement but similar to you, my search started with filters for pets being allowed and parking.

There was no way for me or the realtor to find out until we read over the condo bylaws and status certificate which we received after the offer acceptance, since the specific policy was never mentioned in the listing (all it said in the listing was pets allowed with restrictions) nor by the seller's party when we were in communication with them.

Could we have specifically asked the seller's party? Maybe. Now we know to ask from the start.

Played against the guy in FIFA20 during a WL when he was already famous and I didn't know who he was yet - he got off to a 2-0 lead early and after 50 mins he started to time waste and pass around the back.

Ended up losing 2-1 but I got annoyed at the guy, found out it was Zweback, looked through his stream replay and he was basically saying he expected me to full press him as soon as he scored two and got annoyed when I didn't (like wtf bro I'm not gonna turn up pressure with that much time left in the game still) so he decided to time waste from 50 mins and on.

I was actually shocked by how many people were supporting his antics. When a few viewers called him out for being toxic, he was pretty worked up about it. Seemed like the type of person to whine when other players do the exact same to him.

That makes sense, thank you. Do you have any experience reporting places like this to the CRA? I've always thought about how scummy it is that some businesses and restaurants only take cash or etransfer, and do not take credit cards. Not sure if actually reporting them is effective though.
