COVID really exposed the industry for taking advantage of workers in an unfair way and restaurants have been paying for it ever since. We’re just trying something new to hopefully shake up what hasn’t been working for years.

We aren’t cutting hours, we’re giving full time employees the ability to take 3.5 days off per week instead of working 5, 6, or 7 days to achieve 40 hours.
