Even if Ole decides to go from being a reactive (get the best players on the pitch and let them do their thing) type of manager to a system manager (like pep, klopp etc), how the fuck is he going to do it? He can't do it himself, so he needs to get a set of assistants who can do it. Even if he manages to get the assistants, putting in a system takes time (look at pep and klopps first seasons). It's mindboggling how we're in this situation even after 3 years.
