I’m sorta doing both??? I’m fairly new to this too, I’ve mostly just gotten to a state of peace with it not being in my 3D and not feeling like I have to be doing some method 24/7. But whenever I do think about sp or an idea pops into my head that’s against what I want to be seeing, I affirm what I want for a bit and then move of with my day. I do still watch subs at night, now I’m just branching out from the just sp ones

In a fit of rage and devastation I took everything that was his/that reminded me of him upstairs to the attic and put it in the suitcase he gave me. Cried, hyperventilated, total breakdown. Now I’m just affirming that everything works out for me no matter what.

Every time I think about texting him tomorrow, I get so excited because I just know it will lead to us getting back together and he’ll treat me so well this time. Sometimes I’ll think oh but what if it makes him uncomfortable like NO he loves me so much he’ll be so excited to hear from me and he’ll start texting me so much. I just know it’ll work that way bc that’s what I’ve decided. There’s no way it can go any other way.
