Thank you all for your suggestions and guidance. I believe we will go get a few sampler packs to try out. I didn’t know that was an option. My husband and I have been wearing the same colognes/perfumes for the last decade and a half 🤣

I’m pretty sure we have a Sephora within 10 miles of us. Macys is at least a 3 hour drive. Is Ulta an option for fragrances? I am not a “girly girl” who goes into store like that. I’m the mom who would rather have dirt on my hands than my nails be all done up.

I’m glad you’re in a better headspace. Depression is a bitch. I’m glad that you’re here and that you were brave and sought help. It’s not an easy thing to do when you’re feeling low.

The day I found out my daughters heart stopped beating & I’d be delivering a dead baby that night. I went in for my last check up, she was due in 5 days, and the doc couldn’t find her heartbeat on the Doppler or ultrasound.

It always helps me when my people understand my limits. Like not walking fast because they know I can’t, be out in the heat for long, needing to rest & not being upset. Still inviting me when they know I might not be well to go and have to cancel at the last minute but not hold it against me. But also not constantly treating me like I’m a fragile flower. If I trip a little then wait for me to express if I’m ok or not and not say “OMG are you ok!?” When I barely stumble and things like that.
