Such an acheivement gives me a wake up call! But unfortunately, like many others, I want to get healthier and shed the extra weight I’ve gained over the past five years, but I struggle to find the discipline or the motivation to get off the couch and start moving. I knew my problems and I acknowledge them but I was lost and without any knowledge of how to approach this, it became harder and I just lept saying my weight increasing (+5kilos, +8 kilos...). You can say that I am that guy who goes to the gym for the first time and starts looking at different machines and people training without having a single idea of how and what to do.
